Coach Courtney helps superwomen who have lost their sense of self, heal and reclaim their time, energy and well-being.
Self awareness is key. It is one of our many superpowers as women. It is that deep connection to ourselves, our intuition and our feelings. And it's dismissed a lot in our society and we learn to dismiss it ourselves.
And I want to create a space for women to feel empowered and safe to take off the masks, to really start igniting this intuition that's inside of us.
This ability to sense things, ability to know ourselves so deeply that we don't have to think too hard about making choices. We know what's best for ourselves and we know that if we follow that intuition, that we will be safe and we will be led in the right direction. Yes, there will be challenges. Yes, there will be struggle. Yes, there will be lessons to be learned, mistakes made, but that's living.
